Thanks so much for contributing so skillfully to the success of our annual company meeting.  Absolutely everyone LOVED the team building session and all agreed it was the best ever- certainly better than last year's. I would definitely recommend Greg Shamie and The Leadership Program to any team or company looking for experienced, dynamic facilitation and team building.

Greg is excellent at building a team atmosphere.  His honest communication, sincerity, and passion allowed our coworkers to recognize and fully participate in the growing process and overall experience.  There were some major “aha” moments during his workshops.  We look forward to having him back.

We were preparing for an offsite to revisit and update our Purpose, Vision & Mission after 5 years.  We knew we needed guidance on this important exercise and were introduced to The Leadership Program. Christine Courtney, TLPs president, led our team over a two-day period where we were able to dig deep, debate, negotiate and arrive at a great outcome.  The facilitation was extremely helpful and mixed enough fun with hard work and reflection, so as to keep everyone’s focus and interest during the two days we were together.  I am happy to recommend Christine and TLP for companies or executive groups in search of quality guidance during these type of exercises.
